（吉隆坡9日讯）UEM阳光（UEMS，5148，主板产业股）宣布，计划以4亿3430万令吉，将柔佛依斯甘达公主城南方工业与物流集中区（SILC）第3阶段的72块土地，脱售予腾宇集团（AME，5293，主板建筑股）。 根据文告指，其子公司UEM土地公司旗下的Nusajaya Heights公司今日与腾宇集团（AME，5293，主板建筑股）的2家子公司签署2份意向书（HOA），脱售柔佛72块永久工业用地，面积约169.8英亩。 首份意向书是Nusajaya Heights公司与Pentagon置地公司及Greenhill SILC公司所签署，当中包括2项股权买卖协议，分别是Pentagon置地公司以2亿1530万令吉，收购35块非土著工业用地；及Greenhill SILC公司以2亿零80万令吉收购34块土著工业用地。 第2份意向书则涉及第3项买卖协议，主要是Pentagon置地以1820万令吉收购3块非土著工业用地。 Pentagon置地及Greenhill SILC公司皆是腾宇集团子公司。上述意向书有效期为30天。 与此同时，卖方仍需依据最终协议条款，负责提升SILC第3阶段中现有基建，以及从明年1月1日起，被任命为第3方服务供应商，负责管理和维修该阶段发展，为期4年。 安华沙林呈辞 另一方面，UEM阳光宣布，首席执行员兼董事经理安华沙林已在呈辞，以寻求其它机会。董事局将考虑他的辞职生效日期，并确保过度时期顺利移交其职责，确保不影响该公司的业务和营运。安华沙林是在2014年9月1日被委任为首席执行员兼董事经理。 Read more at:orientaldaily.com.myenanyang.mychinapress.com.mytheedgemarkets.com
